President and the Secretary of Education to the Governor and the students and families who benefit from them – community colleges are critical resources in our nation’s path to recovery.

For some, community colleges offer re-training opportunities, readying the workforce for careers in existing and emerging industries. For others, community colleges provide an accessible, affordable, personal educational foundation for students who later transfer to universities.

And for still others, community colleges offer a rich array of cultural, personal enrichment, and development opportunities.

Regardless of the path a community college student chooses, Wyoming’s seven community colleges offer essential, comprehensive opportunities.

The Wyoming Association of Community College Trustees exists to ensure that those opportunities and more continue to be available for any student of any age. Through legislative advocacy, trustee education programs, and statewide communications, the WACCT will help strengthen an already successful community college system by promoting and protecting the quality and flexibility that are the hallmark of Wyoming’s community colleges.
